2. Professional Responsibility

You acknowledge that CaseCounsel is a tool and not a substitute for professional legal advice. You are solely responsible for:

Verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated documents before filing.
Maintaining client confidentiality and following local Bar Association guidelines.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to AI features. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

CaseCounsel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including errors in AI-generated legal content.
