At CaseCounsel, we strive to provide the highest quality AI-powered legal tools. We understand that sometimes services may not meet your expectations or your circumstances might change. This policy outlines how we handle refunds for our subscription plans.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been excessively used (e.g., generating more than 5 AI documents).
If you experience a severe technical failure that prevents you from using the platform as intended, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the current billing cycle.
Approved refunds will be processed via our authorized merchant, **Paddle**. Depending on your bank, it may take **5-10 business days** for the funds to appear in your account.
