Our order process is conducted by our online reseller **Paddle.com**. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
We do not sell your legal data. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Users can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.
You can delete your account directly through the app settings or by emailing support@casecounsel.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request". All data including cases, documents, and profile info will be permanently purged within 30 days.
